Conditions of purchase and subject matter of the contract.

The contract is concluded with Campofelice SA and comes into force with the payment of the voucher.

Order

The vouchers offered in the shop represent a non-binding and non-binding purchase offer. The online order of a voucher via the Internet constitutes a binding purchase offer by the customer.

The order is placed in the voucher shop on our homepage and is paid for by credit card or bank transfer. The paid voucher will be sent by e-mail and can be printed out immediately. If desired, the voucher can also be sent by post with a corresponding fee. We accept no liability for any delay in delivery by post.

Vouchers

Vouchers have a unique barcode which is required to redeem the voucher. Vouchers ordered on https://campofelice.expressgutscheine.net or service vouchers are only valid at the Campofelice SA area in Tenero. Vouchers purchased on https://campofelice.expressgutscheine.net can be sent by post to: Campofelice SA, Via Brere 7, CH-6598 Tenero. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping and handling of the original voucher. No liability is accepted for improper use of the voucher model. In case of loss, theft or improper cancellation of the vouchers, the amount cannot be refunded. As the customer can print the voucher himself, several printouts are possible, but only one printout has value and can be redeemed. The first voucher redeemed in the INCERT voucher management system with its barcode is considered the original and must be charged by Campofelice SA immediately after redemption. Should other copies with the same code appear, this is a case of abuse, which will be prosecuted. As the vouchers are given away, Campofelice SA cannot guarantee that the actual owner will be traced. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

Prices, products, validity

Vouchers purchased or ordered cannot be redeemed in cash, neither in part nor in full. If consumption is less than the value of the voucher, the beneficiary will receive a new voucher for the difference. The corresponding tax receipt will be sent directly to the purchaser after payment. No liability will be accepted for late delivery by post. The voucher is only valid when the amount due has been paid in full. The period of validity of value vouchers and all other vouchers on the platform is 3 years. The packages may change during the period of validity and/or differ from the details on the voucher. Any price increase between the date of purchase and the date of redemption may be charged by Campofelice SA.


Right of withdrawal

Vouchers that do not meet your expectations can be returned within 14 days. The written declaration of withdrawal must be sent within 14 days of the date of issue. The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised if the service has already started within this period.

Security and data protection

Security has top priority! Therefore, all personal data such as credit card number, name and address are transmitted via a secure SSL line when paying by credit card. This makes sensitive data unreadable in internet traffic. In order to provide additional security in the voucher shop, various additional security measures are applied.
